Punta Mita unveils luxury rental properties and surf club
Mexico: Private peninsula Punta Mita, which is home to a 1,500-acre resort and residential community in Mexico’s Riviera Nayarit, has added Punta Mita Rentals to the destination’s offering of accommodations and services, as well as a new surf club seaside retreat.
According to Travel Agent Central, the 40 new luxury residences vary in size from two- to three-bedroom apartments to five- to eight-bedroom villas with access to a private beach.
Guests will have the option to stay in a property that most caters to their needs, whether it is a traditional Mexican-style villa or one with a more contemporary urban interior.
The resort will feature a number of shared community facilities, including four Residents’ Beach Clubs, complete with spa services, restaurants and a tennis centre; two Jack Nicklaus Signature Championship Golf Courses – Pacifico; and 18-hole course Mita Bahia, which shares food and beverage venues with the Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita and The St. Regis Punta Mita.
Another new addition to Punta Mita’s facility offerings is the opening of El Surf Club, a new beachside retreat where club members and villa renters can go to learn how to surf and relax in their free time. The surf club will accommodate two al fresco beachfront private spaces, while guests can take surfing lessons from local certified surfing instructor Sergio Gonzales.
