Barcelona: Channel management solution Rentals United is creating The World’s Top 50 Property Managers list to better understand the landscape and get a bird’s eye view of the property management market.
The property management business has grown significantly over the last few years including a fair amount of consolidation.
At the same time, the challenges arisen from the Covid pandemic also sadly saw the attrition of some businesses.
The World’s Top 50 Property Managers is an annual ranking by rental numbers of the largest short-term rental property managers in the world. It is compiled and published in October annually by Rentals United.
Members of the prestigious list will receive a ‘Top 50’ badge for their website and gain visibility amongst property owners worldwide.
The list was first published in October 2017 with 20 property managers and has included companies such as Interhome Property Management, Vacasa Property Management and Houst Property Management to name a few.
As the industry has grown, consolidated and shifted over the last few years, Rentals United has expanded the list to 50 this year, to offer a comprehensive view of the global marketplace.
Rentals United is looking to identify the “biggest, best and boldest” property managers in the vacation rental industry to join the Top 50 community.
Furthermore, the company said that being featured is a “great free PR avenue for managers looking to recruit more owners and showcase their professionalism”.
Those wanting to get featured or nominate a business in the Rentals United Top 50 list are invited to apply at this link.
Rentals United seeks to provide efficient and reliable tools, data and expertise so that short-term rental managers can optimise their business model and power growth.
