Hubisz launches vacation rental consulting business BonjourConsulting

UK: Pierre Hubisz, a former head of sales and business development at premium home rental club Veeve, has launched his own consulting business for the vacation rental industry, by the name of BonjourConsulting.

His decision was made to create the company due to “today’s challenging environment”, and with a fast-changing industry and even stronger competition across different businesses, Hubisz is aiming to help them make the right decisions to enable their growth.

He said: “Whether growth means advising and working on strategy together, or training teams to increase conversion and deliver an outstanding guest experience, my ‘hands-on approach’ means that I will actively help to implement your vision.”

BonjourConsulting has been set up primarily to help vacation rental businesses focus on their growth, harnessing the founder’s 15 years of experience in the hospitality sector, including seven years in the short-term rental industry in the UK.

Previously, during his time at Veeve, he led the startup to become the largest private home property manager in London, with more than 1250 homes in its collection and £40 million generated turnover during his tenure.

Prior to that, he started his career in luxury hotels and worked in five different countries, in establishments ranging from a 20- to 500-plus bedroom flagship hotel [InterContinental London Park Lane]. Hubisz then joined Veeve in 2013 as its fifth employee, before founding BonjourConsulting.

Consultations with BonjourConsulting can be conducted in multiple languages [English, French and Spanish] and will offer a range of services for vacation rental professionals, including:

  • Business review: analysis of company products, their distribution and technology, with recommendations and an action plan to stand out
  • Business development projects: BonjourConsulting will become an extension of businesses to help them grow
  • Sales training: a tailor-made programme to increase the conversion rates for teams
  • Customer service training: design a five-star customer journey and increase the number of repeat guests
