Spain: Barcelona-based channel management solution Rentals United has launched the Channelizer, a no-cost tool to help property managers discover the best channels for their properties.
To get channel recommendations, property managers can go to The Channelizer and answer a few basic questions about their property.
Listing on the right channels helps property managers to increase their bookings and revenue. However, they also face two major challenges when deciding where to list, from the huge variety of listing sites available to determining which channels are suitable for their properties and most likely to attract high-value bookings.
The Channelizer, which is available online for all property managers around the world, is designed to provided a curated selection of channel recommendations based on property type, location, and niche.
Rentals United said that it had created the tool to help property managers create their perfect channel mix, attract their ideal customers, and increase revenue.
To start, property managers are asked a series of basic questions about their property characteristics, location, and typical guests. After submitting their responses, they will receive a list of fully personalised channel recommendations that will include popular mainstream platforms and specialist sites.
In August, Rentals United also launched Elevate, a data platform powered by artificial intelligence [AI] that is fully integrated into the channel manager.
Rentals United aims to empower property managers to maximise OTA revenue with more than 50 API channel connections. It also integrates with over 100 tech providers, giving property managers essential tools for revenue growth.
