Rentals United to publish annual property manager list in October

Barcelona: Channel manager Rentals United has announced that its fifth annual The World’s Top 50 Property Managers list will be published in October.

The list is an annual ranking by rental numbers of the world’s largest short-term rental property managers. Members of the prestigious list will receive a ‘Top 50’ badge for their website and gain tremendous visibility amongst property owners worldwide.

As the property management business has changed and grown significantly in recent years, the Covid-19 pandemic has continued to create challenges for the industry over the last year, bringing about some consolidation and forcing some businesses to make essential cutbacks.

For the fifth year, Rentals United is creating The World’s Top 50 Property Managers list to understand the landscape and document what has evolved in the property management markets over the last year.

First published in October 2017 with 20 property managers, Rentals United has expanded the list as the industry has grown, consolidated and shifted. Last year, 50 property management companies were featured, including Interhome, Vacasa and Houst, to name but a few.

Rentals United said that it was looking to identify “the biggest, best and boldest property managers in the vacation rental industry” to join the Top 50 community.
