Australia: Hospitality software provider RMS has announced a new integration with GuestRevu aimed at automating guest feedback collection and analysis.

The integration allows operators to send surveys automatically at key stages of the guest journey, including before arrival, during a stay and after departure.

Guest feedback is then consolidated into a central dashboard, where operators can monitor sentiment and identify trends using AI-driven insights.

RMS said the move is designed to help hospitality operators respond more quickly to guest feedback and improve decision-making across their operations.

Chris Alexandre, founder of GuestRevu said the partnership reflects growing demand for connected systems that allow operators to manage feedback more efficiently.

The integration is available to RMS customers globally.
