GuestReady highlights tech-led strategy at Scale Madrid

Spain: International property management company GuestReady was among the key participants at this year’s Scale Madrid conference (13-14 March) where the short-term rental industry gathered to discuss the future of sustainable growth, technology, and guest experience.

Organised by Scale Rentals, the two-day event brought together short-term rental professionals from across Spain and beyond, with a focus on how property managers can adapt to regulation, streamline operations and maintain high standards while expanding their portfolios.

GuestReady, which manages more than 3,000 properties globally, attended the event to connect with industry peers and share insights into how it is using technology and a strong host support model to grow profitably.

The company has expanded into new cities across Europe and the Middle East over the past year, focusing on building long-term partnerships with property owners. Its proprietary tech stack, designed to automate pricing, communication and scheduling, has been central to this strategy.
