Short Stay Show receives event industry award
UK: The Short Stay Show has picked up the award for Best Trade Launch Event 2019 at the Independent Event Organisers Awards ceremony last Friday [11 October].
The award ceremony which is run by event industry publisher – Exhibition News – celebrates independent event formats, organisers and teams.
The Short Stay Show, which launched at ExCeL London earlier this year, is one of the leading events for the emergent short stay economy, which is the fastest growing trend in the world of accommodation, hospitality, travel and tourism.
Jim Curry, co-founder of Short Stay Show, said: “Diane and I are delighted to win this award which was shortlisted against some strong competitors. The short stay industry is an incredibly exciting sector to serve and one which is undergoing phenomenal growth and investment.

The Short Stay Show is returning to ExCeL next year and we are already over twice as big and heading for another sell-out show. This is on top of launches in Barcelona next month and Berlin in 2020.
