SPL Villas launches Florida collection
US: SPL Villas, a family-run, independent villa specialist, has launched a portfolio of villas in Orlando, Florida this week.
The collection of villas are opening in some of the city’s most popular and secure gated communities such as Champions Gate, Solara Resort, Solterra Resort, Storey Lake Resort, Paradise Palms Resort and Windsor Hills.
Catering for a variety of guests to enjoy, including young families and large groups, many of the villas come complete with hot tubs, communal pools, gyms, clubhouses, splash parks, play parks, golf courses, restaurants, fitness centres, gaming facilities, themed bedrooms and more. All of the villas are in close proximity to the state’s major theme parks, including Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando.
SPL Villas managing director Edward Frampton-Fell said: “Expanding into the US is a monumental step for SPL Villas. Introducing Orlando to our portfolio has been part of our long-term business plan and strategy from day one and we are over the moon to have made this expansion within the first two years of opening SPL Villas.
“We have launched with a carefully curated selection of villas which we will be adding to over the next few months to complete our collection of some 250 Florida properties by the end of the year. The Orlando villa market is huge for UK holidaymakers and we are excited to be able to offer a strong programme of named villas,” he added.
Founded originally in 2017 as ‘Villas We Trust’ before rebranding to SPL Villas in 2021, the company now offers a collection of villas in more than 100 locations along the Mediterranean coastline, including Croatia, Cyprus, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Spain and Turkey. SPL Villas is headquartered in Sevenoaks in Kent, England.
