StayList begins system collaboration with AsiaYo

Japan: Vacation rental bulk search service StayList Inc. has started system collaboration with Taiwanese accommodation booking site AsiaYo.ย

AsiaYoโ€™s platform lists accommodations such as vacation rentals and hotels, while StayList is a service that travellers can use to search for vacation rentals listed across multiple sites at the same time.

The partnership will now enable travellers to search for accommodation on AsiaYo via StayList. The sites will feature listings in languages such as English, Korean and Mandarin, however more languages are expected to be added in due course.

With an offering of more than 60,000 rooms in 60 cities spread across Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea and Thailand, AsiaYo hopes to use its existing presence in Asia to strengthen and grow StayListโ€™s inventory and brand in the Asian market as well. At the same time, it is hoped that travellers will benefit from a more convenient and reliable service as a result.

The StayList search service has grown a reputation for being an efficient way for travellers to find the ideal accommodation to suit their needs. Its website is currently available in six languages: English, Korean, traditional Chinese, Malay, Indonesian and Japanese.

The start-up, which launched in October 2018, aims to be a key disruptor in the rapidly-evolving tourism industry as the sharing economy grows in popularity and mobile devices and other technologies become more prevalent in the space.
