US: Stays Group, a premier vacation rental marketplace, has released its SoutheastStays marketplace.
SoutheastStays will join the other marketplaces within the Stays Group in driving the #BookDirect movement, increasing the amount of direct bookings, and eliminating traveller fees. The new marketplace will cover Florida, Alabama, Tennessee, Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina,
The entirety of the Stays Group network dedicates itself to the mission statement of partnering with high-quality operators and offering members a platform of complete transparency and efficiency. Members of the network can expect weekly meetings with other Stays Group members to strengthen their respective markets and learn from their colleagues, as well as to form valuable partnerships for their brands.
Michael James, owner of Paradise Beach Rentals in Florida, said: “With the rapid changes in the OTA world, now is the time to lay the foundation for becoming less dependent on those platforms. The Stays Group marketplace allows me to drive more direct bookings by leveraging the connections with trusted operators like ourselves.”
