US: Guest operations platform SuiteOp has named Jordan Cohen as its new head of growth, as the company accelerates its expansion across the short-term rental and boutique hotel sectors.
The appointment follows SuiteOp’s recently announced $3 million seed funding round, which is supporting the scale-up of its unified guest operations platform for hospitality businesses.
Cohen brings over seven years of experience in proptech and SaaS, having previously served as director of business development at redIQ, where he helped drive annual recurring revenue from $1 million to $10 million prior to the company’s acquisition. In his new role, Cohen will lead SuiteOp’s growth strategy, spanning demand generation, partner development, conference strategy, and go-to-market execution.
Simon Seroussi, co-founder of SuiteOp, said: “We’re thrilled to welcome Jordan to the team at this critical inflection point. His ability to connect strategic vision with tactical execution makes him the ideal leader to supercharge our growth.”
SuiteOp, founded in 2023, offers an all-in-one platform designed to streamline communication, task management, and operational workflows for hospitality operators. Its tools aim to replace fragmented systems with a more integrated, automation-first approach to guest and team coordination.
Cohen said: “Operators today are juggling disconnected tools for guest comms, task management, IoT, and analytics. SuiteOp changes that. I joined because I see an opportunity to redefine how hospitality businesses operate at scale.”
