US: Austin based boutique rental company Top Trip Rentals has announced a rebranding, changing its name to Lodgewell.
The company will continue offering boutique curated vacation rentals in the Austin area and beyond.
Lodgewell has noted that demand for its fully managed whole-home accommodations has grown significantly due to the global pandemic. The company emphasises its capacity to curate potential accommodations, ensuring safe yet unique rentals on its platform.
Chereen Fisher, Lodgewell founder, said: “Now more than ever, people need certainty in their lives. That’s why I’m using my 23 years of experience in the hospitality industry to grow something bigger that gives people the confidence to get away again, something only professional hosts can provide and Lodgewell will deliver.”
Some of the properties include lakeside retreats, modern downtown lofts, architectural focused homes and fairytale-themed cottages. The company also highlights its service, with all properties either fully owned and managed by Lodgewell, or by hosts vetted by the company for standards and professionalism.
Lodgwell also intends to focus on ensuring the safest possible experience during the pandemic, in order to assuage fears of guests. The company only offers standalone homes on their platforms and is committed to professional cleaning and sanitisation up to CDC standards and guidelines.
The company currently offers a variety of rental options throughout the Austin and Texas Hill county area, and plan to expand throughout Texas and into other states starting in 2021. The company plans to place a cap on the number of properties offered in each location in order to ensure more personalised, unique getaways and to focus on guest experience.
