US:ย Luxury property and travel club, THIRDHOME, has announced a strategic collaboration with Austin-based vacation rental management company TurnKey Vacation Rentals. ย
The partnership will extend the services and perks to select TurnKey clients while also increasing THIRDHOME’s inventory, resulting in more luxury home-stay options throughout the United States.
THIRDHOME is primarily aย home exchange club that allows luxury second homeowner members swap their second homes for stays in another home across its destinations. The platform has more than 10,000 registered members in over 90 countries, with homes reportedly averaging a value of $2.25 million.

With travellers increasingly booking family and group vacations in drive-to destinations at shorter lead times, the partnership offers access to sought-out destinations, increased flexibility, and more.

With the addition of TurnKey Vacation Rentals’ homes, THIRDHOME said it would be offering its clients complimentary membership to its exchange platform and additional perks for those who sign up within the first month. Along with membership, TurnKey homeowners will be offered additional bonus “keys” to use within the exchange, allowing them to travel to more of the homes.
In response to the Covid-19 pandemic, TurnKey has also introduced a number of new home cleaning innovations, including enhancements to its patented GuestWorks cleaning system, requiring professional housekeepers to follow specific cleaning standards.
Meanwhile, Clark will be participating in the fourth ShortTermRentalz RockSTRz webinar on “Around the world in 60 mins: What has the industry learned from the pandemic and what are the next steps for recovery?” on Tuesday 27 October at 4pm GMT. He will join Vrbo president Jeff Hurst, OYO Vacation Homes CEO Raj Kamal and Maison Privee managing director Paul Mallee as expert contributors on the panel.
