Boostly’s Mark Simpson on driving direct bookings and his Shortyz shortlisting

UK: Mark Simpson, the owner of the Boostly, an online association and podcast which aims to help hospitality owners achieve more direct bookings, speaks to ShortTermRentalz at the inaugural #MoreBookingsDirect Conference in London about his work in the short-term rental industry and his excitement about being shortlisted for Best use of social media at the first-ever Shortyz Awards on Wednesday 11 March 2020.

The first More Bookings Direct Conference took place at Crowne Plaza Battersea Hotel in London on 25 February and was hosted by event director, SEO expert and Shortyz 2020 judge, Damian Sheridan.

More Bookings Direct was set up as a first-of-its-kind conference in London focusing on the short-term accommodation rental market and how property managers can generate additional bookings away from traditional OTAs [Online Travel Agents] and listing sites.
