Barcelona: Channel manager Rentals United has announced a partnership with Denver-based Evolve.
Evolve, which made the top ten of The Top 50 Property Managers of the World List of 2020, is a property management company with approximately 15,000 properties under management across the United States.
CEO Brian Egan was recently featured in Rentals United’s Secret Sauce Podcast speaking of how he grew his company to 15,000 properties in under ten years.
In the interview, Egan spoke about the uniqueness of the vacation rental industry as a whole: “I believe that people are coming to this category precisely because they love the fact that it’s not commoditised. That every home is different. That no matter what Evolve does, every family room is going to look and feel different.
“I think that embracing that fact up front is a really key element of this,” he added.
The partnership will allow for Rentals United to work with Evolve to optimise revenue and growth strategies when it comes to marketing planning and distribution.
