Europe: Recent Limehome signings include deals with three institutional investors for properties in Munich, Nuremberg, Brussels and Milan.

Limehome said its recent partnerships build on existing relationships and demonstrate its focus on repositioning its assets. Deals with prior partners now constitute almost 50 per cent of the accommodation provider’s deal pipeline.

For its fourth and fifth projects with investor Centralis, Limehome acquired leases for units in Munich and Nuremberg. The assets total 200 keys and feature ground floor food and beverage. In Munich, the company refurbished the 174-unit Hotel Miano. As its partnership with Centralis expands, Limehome said this deal shows its ability to replicate value across different markets.

In Brussels, it partnered with Baltisse Real Estate for a hotel conversion project. Limehome’s first partnership with a Belgian investor, the deal will see it convert the European Quarter property into 114 serviced apartments.

“Limehome has evolved into a reliable partner for institutional capital,” Limehome co-CEO Dr Josef Vollmayr said. “What differentiates us today in a volatile market is the depth of trust we have built with repeat partners and our proven capability to reposition hospitality assets.

“Nearly half of our recent deals come from existing partners. That is the clearest validation of our long-term reliability. Investors choose us repeatedly because our tech-enabled model delivers consistent operational performance, whether in new developments or complex repositioning projects.”
