Worldwide: The 21 shortlists for the annual Shortyz Awards have officially been revealed, ahead of the ceremony on 21 April 2026.
Five of our people categories were judged by the public, while the remaining categories were evaluated by an independent panel of industry experts who work across sales, marketing, journalism, architectural design, consultancy, data, sustainability and more.
The entries that received the highest number of votes and fulfilled the relevant category criteria have been featured on the shortlists.
On 21 April at The Westin London City Hotel & Residences the winners for all award categories will be revealed.
The event will be hosted by ShortTermRentalz editor Priya Khaira and Sky Sports News presenter Amber Sandhu, featuring a ‘dress to impress’ dress code, three-course meal and entertainment. Tickets can be purchased here.
