UK: Veeve has expanded its portfolio in London and Paris with the addition of more than 200 homes, strengthening its position in two of Europe’s key urban short-term rental markets.
The company, part of the UnderTheDoormat Group, said the portfolio is expected to generate around £2.3 million in annual net revenue.
The homes will transfer from onefinestay under a new partnership, with both companies working to ensure continuity for homeowners and guests during the transition.
The expansion builds on Veeve’s recent growth, following the integration of more than 700 properties through its merger with UnderTheDoormat.
Merilee Karr said the move strengthens the company’s position in the high-end segment of the market across both cities.
Second Century Ventures, an investor in UnderTheDoormat, said the deal supports further scaling of the group’s platform and operations.
At the same time, onefinestay is refining its metropolitan portfolio and expanding into high-demand leisure destinations across Europe, the Caribbean and the United States.
