US: Casago has expanded its Colorado operations through a locally owned franchise in Estes Park as the company continues transitioning former Vacasa markets to local ownership following its acquisition of the business in 2025.

The Estes Park operation is led by husband-and-wife team Adam and Marylee Postovit, who acquired the franchise in October 2025 before taking over day-to-day operations in February 2026.

The business currently manages 47 mountain vacation homes in the Colorado destination.

Casago said the expansion forms part of its wider strategy to transition former Vacasa-managed markets to independent local operators while maintaining centralised systems, operational standards and support.

The franchise has introduced several operational initiatives, including a dedicated “Dream Weaver” guest experience role focused on personalised stays and tailored welcome experiences.

The business also carries out pre-arrival inspections and preventative maintenance programmes aimed at maintaining property standards and supporting homeowners through proactive property management.

Adam Postovit, owner of Casago Estes Park, said: “We were looking for a path that gave us both stability and purpose, but also the ability to build something we could truly stand behind day to day.

“For us, that means being directly accountable to homeowners in this market while creating highly personal guest experiences that reflect what makes Estes Park special.”

Steve Schwab, founder and CEO of Casago, said the Estes Park operation reflected the company’s locally focused franchise strategy.

“What Adam and Marylee have built in Estes Park reflects exactly why our approach works,” Schwab said.

“Transitions like this require hands-on leadership, local knowledge and a long-term commitment to both homeowners and guests.”

Casago said the Estes Park business also supports the regional economy through local hiring initiatives and partnerships with area suppliers and vendors.

Founded in 2001, Casago operates a franchise-led vacation rental management model across North America, Belize, Costa Rica and the Caribbean.
