France: RentalReady has launched artificial intelligence capabilities designed to help short-term rental property managers access and analyse operational data more easily.
The company has introduced a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, allowing AI assistants such as Claude to connect directly to live property management data, including reservations, tasks, reviews, guest communications and financial information.
The launch also introduces an upgraded version of RentalReady’s built-in AI assistant, Maia Insights. This now enables property managers to ask real questions in natural language about occupancy, guest problems, property performance and upcoming arrivals to make faster operational decisions.
RentalReady says the new tools eliminate manual data export and separate integrations on AI platforms.
François Lavie, chief technology officer at RentalReady, stated: “The breakthrough isn’t the AI model. The breakthrough is giving AI access to the operational context property managers already work with every day.”
Lavie said that the technology enables trusted AI assistants to directly interact with real-time operational data, and that property managers are able to control permissions and access.
The launch is part of a broader shift in the short-term rental industry to leverage AI for operational efficiency, said RentalReady.
The company now has over 10,000 properties worldwide and serves operators managing between five and 2,000 properties.
