Global: Property management system eviivo has become a Connectivity Partner of Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy, enabling eligible property managers to distribute accommodation to the platform through eviivo Suite.
The integration provides access to an audience of more than 300 million Marriott Bonvoy members.
Eligible property managers can distribute listings to Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy while managing property content, rates, availability, fees, policies and bookings through eviivo’s Channel Manager.
The connection allows the channel to be managed alongside a property manager’s other distribution partners rather than through a separate system.
Guests booking eligible homes through Homes & Villas can earn and redeem Marriott Bonvoy points, at no additional cost to the property owner.
Gwenael Merlin, executive vice president of strategic solutions at eviivo, said: “Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy gives our property managers a route to a premium, high-intent audience without adding another disconnected system to their operations.
“It gives professional property managers another way to diversify their distribution and reach new guests while keeping their operations connected.”
Phil Gibbens-Balaquidan, director at Jason & Philip Serviced Accommodation, said the integration would allow the company to reach a different audience without adding more administrative work for its team.
He added: “We want to make sure the homes we look after are visible to the right guests across a good mix of booking channels, without making things more complicated for our team.”
Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy launched in 2019 and offers a curated collection of premium and luxury home rentals. Its inventory includes villas, ski chalets, beachfront properties and city apartments.
The platform works with vetted professional property management companies, with eligible homes required to meet Marriott International’s standards covering design, cleanliness, safety and amenities.
eviivo provides property management technology to more than 28,000 independent accommodation businesses across Europe and North America, including short-term rentals, serviced apartments, hotels and B&Bs.
