US: Long-term rental marketplace 2nd Address has announced that it has officially launched in Miami by partnering with rental provider Hosteeva.
Hosteeva provides both short- and long-term rental properties, which are designed to create an enjoyable and suitable experience for business travellers in particular who visit its platform and may require more flexible living arrangements.
2nd Address CEO Chung-Man Tam said: “Miami is one of the top ten cities in the U.S. for corporate housing and service apartments. It’s a vibrant city for small business growth as well as for multinational companies doing business across Latin America.
“We’re really excited to be able to offer top-notch long-term options for business travelers making Miami their temporary home,” he added.
San Francisco-based 2nd Address is a marketplace where business travellers can find accommodations to best fit their individual needs. It connects property owners with high-quality renters that want to stay for weeks or months, rather than just a few nights, and conducts in-depth screening, identity, and credit checks for all guests.
Meanwhile, Hosteeva now has a portfolio of thousands of carefully-designed spaces across the United States, many of which are located in business districts and close to convention centres.
Every Hosteeva unit, from studio to nine-bedroom homes, comes with a fully-stocked kitchen, fresh towels and amenities, coffee and refreshments, free Wi-Fi and other items that business travellers need whether they are staying for one night or six weeks. Hosteeva serves travellers representing brands such as Amazon, Microsoft, Accenture and more.
Hosteeva CEO and co-founder, Sam Makaryan, said: “We are excited to partner with 2nd Address to bring Hosteeva’s thousands of beautifully designed, business friendly spaces to 2nd Address guests. We are elevating the way people stay by providing technology, customer service and business-friendly spaces.”
