US: Metasearch engine and accommodations aggregator, AllTheRooms Analytics [AllTheRooms], has announced a new data partnership with New York-based real estate data company Cherre.
As a result, Cherre will integrate AllTheRooms’ vacation rental and hotel data into its platform. The partnership will enable clients of both companies to analyse findings from the global short-term rental market and optimise their real estate decision making.
AllTheRooms aims to help vacation rental owners, investors, property managers, tourism boards and hotels understand and monitor the market, benchmark properties, analyse the latest and previous trends, allowing them to make more informed decisions. It claims to combine “the world’s most comprehensive and accurate short-term rental database with the world’s largest short-term rental search engine.
