US: AI property management system Boom has launched BAM, a new Business Agentic Manager designed to autonomously manage tasks across guest communication, marketing, reporting and reviews for short-term rental operators.

Miami-based Boom said the launch marks the next phase in its AiPMS platform, coming weeks after the company secured a $12.7 million funding round led by Avenue Growth Partners.

BAM is positioned as a new category of AI tool for the sector. Rather than automating isolated processes, the system acts as an autonomous business agent that learns from operational patterns and manages end-to-end workflows across multiple functions. Boom said the goal is to reduce manual workload, improve consistency and give operators a clearer, real-time view of performance.

According to Boom, early adopters have reported that BAM manages around 75 per cent of guest communications and handles review responses entirely autonomously. The company also claimed that response times have improved by 80 per cent on average, while reporting tasks that once took hours are now completed within minutes.

Boom added that the tool is designed to support managers in strengthening owner relationships, enabling them to provide instant, data-rich updates and track performance and ROI in real time.

Shahar Goldboim, CEO and co-founder at Boom, said: “BAM is a landmark moment for short-term rental operators. By launching the sector’s first Business Agentic Manager, we are helping property managers unlock autonomy, efficiency and freedom to grow.

“Our vision is to move the industry from traditional SaaS to Business as a Software — a model where businesses run intelligently and adaptively, allowing managers to focus more on the human side of hospitality.”

Zzzing, a Malta-based operator, has been using BAM as part of an early rollout. Sab Mulligan, head of team at Zzzing, said the system has reduced manual workloads and enabled faster decision-making through instant reporting.

The launch builds on Boom’s introduction of the world’s first AiPMS in 2024 and reflects a wider shift towards agentic AI systems in business software. Boom said BAM has been designed to evolve over time, with future updates expected to extend its autonomous capabilities across more areas of property operations.
