[Credit:] launches €250k pre-seed crowdfunding campaign

Greece: In-destination channel manager has announced that it is raising a pre-seed round of €250,000 on online investing platform SeedBlink.

Based in Naxos, the online platform connects tours, activities and experiences [including wine tours, eco tours, adventures, regional cooking, sailing, snorkelling, hiking and more] providers to local travel businesses such as hotels, short-term rental hosts and travel agencies.

A member of Greek startup ecosystem Elevate Greece, has already achieved 40 per cent of its total and says that it is looking for additional support to take it to the next level.

Founded in 2021, the startup now features more than 300 experiences on its platform, and is seeking to take experience suppliers online by connecting them to a network of resellers [e.g. hotels, booking platforms / OTAs] and increasing bookings while generating ancillary revenue. believes that it is well positioned to capitalise on a market that is poised for significant growth in the coming years.

A recent report published by Research and Markets stated that “the personalised travel and experiences market size was valued at $91.2 billion in 2020, and is estimated to reach $447.3 billion by 2030, registering a CAGR of 17.8 per cent from 2021 to 2030”, echoing TripAdvisor CEO Steve Kaufer’s quote at the World Economic Forum that “the majority of travellers want to explore destinations in a more immersive and experiential way”.
