City Relay brings in Antanas Perez as head of product
UK: London-based property management company City Relay has started the New Year by announcing the appointment of Antanas Perez as its head of product.
A management post-graduate from LSE, Perez has a track record of designing and delivering award-winning product and growth strategies. Before joining City Relay, he held the position of head of special projects and then VP of growth at Clippings, a digital platform and marketplace for interior designers.

A key focus for Perez is ensuring the success of OutSwitch, the yield management software that City Relay acquired in 2019.
The Outswitch platform has been specifically designed to manage holiday rental properties and inventory across multiple marketing and booking channels to optimise pricing, maximise occupancy and improve efficiency. Alongside this project, he will be automating, connecting and optimising all of City Relay’s platforms to provide a complete and smooth service for guests and hosts alike.
This announcement comes after City Relay celebrated success at the 2019 UK PropTech Awards in the category of Customer Excellence (property company).
Commenting on his appointment, Perez said: “What attracted me to the role at City Relay was the challenge of delivering a platform to digitise and automate operations across various locations. The idea of delivering a hotel experience that brings together the convenience and cost-effectiveness of a holiday rental with the benefit and reassurance of having a nearby reception and guest service team excited me.
“The opportunity to connect clients, guests and hosts with the right services at the right time in a way that’s simple, safe and as light touch as possible could disrupt the short-let market,” he added.
City Relay founder and CEO, Maxime Leufroy-Murat, said: “The purpose of the new head of product role is to use technology to deliver continuous service improvements and help grow the City Relay business. By taking a digital-first approach to our end-to-end operations, we can provide a more efficient, transparent and seamless user experience to our clients, hosts and guests.”
