Ravalli appointed head of growth at DoveVivo Group

Italy: European residential management platform DoveVivo has announced the appointment of Davide Ravalli as head of growth for DoveVivo Group.

Ravalli, an innovation and growth-oriented entrepreneur since the beginning of his working career, founded his first startup in the proptech sector, Hintown, in 2014. It positioned itself from the beginning as an innovative company in the property and hospitality management sector on residential properties and distinguished itself by rapid growth nationwide.

During its first five years of operation, Ravalli grew the Hintown group by founding two other startups offering integrated services to its clients ranging from construction management and interior design to marketing residential income properties.

Having reached national scale, Ravalli aimed to internationalise the business, and in 2019, he was instrumental in bringing about a merger process of four companies from four different countries – Italy, England, Scotland and Portugal. ALTIDO was born, a pan-European short-term rental property management company with more than 1,700 properties under management in more than 20 European locations.

In March 2022, DoveVivo announced the acquisition of ALTIDO. The deal, which involved capital reinvestment in DoveVivo by ALTIDO’s founding team and their inclusion as managers of the group, resulted in the establishment of the “largest residential management platform in Europe”, with more than 2,500 properties and apartments under management in more than 40 cities in six countries [Italy, Spain, France, Portugal, England and Scotland].

Ravalli’s previous role was head of growth and M&A at the European level for ALTIDO.

Group MD Giulio Limongelli said: “The appointment we are announcing today represents another important step in DoveVivo’s organisational and industrial development path. Thanks to the skills he has acquired, Davide will make his important contribution so that the company succeeds in achieving its goals of international growth and expansion of the offer not only with regard to short-, medium- and long-term housing solutions but also to the development of the community and new services for owners, investors and end customers.”

Davide Ravalli, head of growth at DoveVivo Group, said: “I am delighted to accept this exciting new role for the DoveVivo Group bringing together both DoveVivo and ALTIDO and using my experience to continue the rapid growth trajectory of both brands on an international scale.”

Since the merger was confirmed, ALTIDO has acquired property management companies Flatty and A&A Apartments & Boats [also a boat rental service] to expand its portfolio.
