Ireland: Vacation rental management company Exceptional Villas has announced its addition of 200 new villas to its array of luxury villa offerings.
Exceptional Villas, part of Dream World Travel Ltd, is a European-based vacation rental company with villas around the world.
The company’s 200 new offerings include locations in Mexico, The Seychelles, Turks and Caicos, Fiji, Italy, Greece, and other private islands.
Over the last six months, Exceptional Villas has reported a 500 per cent rise in bookings and expects continued growth as people search for ways to have a safe and private vacation in the post-pandemic world. With restrictions easing and the vaccine rollout accelerating, requests for bookings have gone up substantially.
Each of the firm’s villas is fully inspected by one of its villa experts. Any villa added to the company’s offerings must meet high standards for amenities, location, furnishings, service, and more.
The inspection team was able to start travelling again recently in order to inspect the new villas, such as the Seychelles in the winter and now the Turks and Caicos Islands.

All of the company’s properties also offer a concierge service that is available at all times to guests.
