Guesty expands C-suite and management team

Israel: Property management platform Guesty has announced the promotion of Nesya Gilad and Galit Rabby to its C-suite, and the promotion of Tal Sieger to its management team.

The announcement comes hot on the heels of a whirlwind 2022 for the company, which included a $170 million Series E raise, was well as the acquisitions of YieldPlanetKigo and HiRUM.

Guesty is also set to reach ‘Centaur’ status in 2023, reaching its target of $100 million in annual recurring revenue [ARR].

Gilad boosts Guesty’s executive team as the newly appointed chief marketing officer [CMO], having accumulated more than 20 years of marketing experience in hi-tech growing and positioning global firms. She has spent the past four years as Guesty’s VP of marketing, building its performance-driven marketing team from the ground up, and has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s brand and marketing presence, as well as driving its growth.

In the meantime, Rabby has been announced as the newly appointed chief people officer [CPO], and brings with her close to 25 years of HR experience leading talent acquisition and professional development, as well as championing company cultures. Since joining Guesty, she has helped grow its team to over 700 employees across the globe, and has steered the company through times of challenge and exponential growth.

The promotions bring Guesty’s C-suite to an equal male-to-female ratio.

Finally, Tal Sieger, previously Guesty’s director of HR, joins the ranks of management as the newly minted VP of people.

Amiad Soto, co-founder and CEO of Guesty, said: “These promotions reflect the talent, passion and contribution of our exceptional team. Guesty is strongly committed to nurturing talent in our rapidly growing organisation.

“2023 will be another busy year of new milestones and we’re delighted that Nesya and Galit will join us at the helm,” he added.

Founded in 2013, Guesty provides an innovative technology platform and solutions that power the global hospitality industry, offering tools for reservation centralisation, guest communication, operational management, advanced analytics, accounting and payment processing.

Last week, the company announced its entry into the payments market with the launch of its native payment processing offer, GuestyPay, as it seeks to become a ‘one-stop shop’ for short-term and vacation rental property managers. In addition, it was also revealed that Guesty had partnered with luxury hospitality brand onefinestay to power its global portfolio.
