The partnership, which came about following an RFP process, will see Guesty power onefinestay’s collection of 4,500 luxury homes, villas and chalets in 50 global destinations.
Guesty’s open API capability will allow onefinestay to integrate its existing tech stack into one platform. onefinestay will now be able to streamline its reservation management, accounting processes and listing distribution.
It follows Guesty’s $170 million Series E funding in August 2022. The company has also recently launched GuestyPay, which handles chargeback management, settlement payouts, accessible payments reconciliation, end-to-end credit card verification, and advanced payment reporting tools.
Guillaume Fontana, chief technology officer at onefinestay, said: “The Guesty team have been great to work with during the onboarding process of our large and global portfolio of properties. They are available 24/7 to help us with any issues that we encounter and clearly implement the full scope of each product solution to ensure maximum effect on our bottom line, a lengthy endeavour for a company of our size.”
Omri Cohen, SVP of product at Guesty, said: “We look forward to onefinestay maximising the full potential of Guesty’s technology suite to ease their operations and continue expanding into new realms and destinations. From chalets in Aspen and Jackson Hole, to dreamy private villas in St. Tropez, Cannes and Amalfi, onefinestay is one of the most renowned names in luxury accommodation and we are thrilled to be a part of their journey.”
onefinestay’s full inventory will be moved onto the Guesty platform by the end of 2023.
In August last year, onefinestay relaunched its Paris Home Collection as part of the company’s expansion strategy across Europe. Part of Accor, onefinestay offers short and mid-term renting options alongside 24/7 guest support, housekeeping, and tailored services such as grocery deliveries, private chefs, childcare, excursions, and more.
