US: iTrip Vacations has expanded its short-term property management programme in Florida by launching iTrip Vacations Lakes of Central Florida, owned and managed by Charles and Kim Gauthier, as the newest iTrip Vacations destination.
The short-term rental property management company manages rental homes in Brandon, Dade City, Lakeland, Land O’Lakes, Wesley Chapel, Winter Haven and Zephyrhills. The full-service programme aims to increase net rental income and guest reviews, while providing marketing, free light maintenance, professional cleaning and inspections, 24/7 property care, and automatic-response systems.
iTrip Vacations Lakes of Central Florida owner Charles Gauthier said: “We are excited to bring a technologically advanced short-term property management solution to Central Florida while providing personalised service to our homeowners and guests. We look forward to delivering the industry’s best services and becoming the number one short-term rental property management company in our area.”
The Florida addition is part of a growing number of destinations managed by iTrip Vacations, which claims to be the largest franchise brand serving the short-term rental property management industry in North America.
iTrip Vacations co-founder Steve Presley said: “In 2020, we earned Vrbo Elite Partner status for the third consecutive year. To continue this trend, we are building more software features that will further enhance our capabilities and better serve the short-term property management industry.”
The Central Florida Lakes Region welcomes visitors to explore more than 200 lakes and rivers, as well as museums, sports, outdoor adventures, shopping, waterfront dining and family-friendly attractions. It is also only a short drive to Tampa and Orlando, Florida, making it a prime vacation destination.
The franchise brand provides full-service rental property management programmes to more than 80 destinations in North America.
