Tennessee: iTrip Vacations has added an additional market in South Carolina to its vacation rental management portfolio.
The latest iTrip Vacations rental destination will be known as iTrip Vacations South Carolina Sea Islands, and it is owned and managed by Barry and Pam Fitzgerald.
The vacation property management company serves rental owners and guests in locations such as Beaufort, Dataw Island, Fripp Island, Harbor Island, Port Royal and St. Helena Island. The full-service programme places a focus on maximising net rental incomes, increasing guest satisfaction, as well as providing international marketing, free light maintenance, a local team available 24/7, and quick-response systems.
iTrip Vacations South Carolina Sea Islands co-owner Barry Fitzgerald said: “We are excited to bring iTrip Vacations to the Sea Islands of the Low Country and historic Beaufort.
“Our goal is to help owners realise the full potential of their properties and ensure a high quality experience for guests. Beaufort and its beautiful Sea Islands are rapidly becoming a destination of choice for beach-goers, history buffs, outdoor enthusiasts and golfers,” he added.
The South Carolina addition is part of a rising number of destinations managed by iTrip Vacations, which is the largest franchise brand serving the full-service vacation rental industry in North America.
iTrip Vacations co-founder Steve Presley said: “iTrip has also been named a HomeAway Elite Partner, ranking us among the best vacation rental software companies in the world. This recognition further supports the strong booking metrics we continue to see from the iTrip system.”
The South Carolina Sea Islands area includes Beaufort, Dataw Island, Fripp Island, Harbor Island, Parris Island, Port Royal and St. Helena Island. Visitors to the destination will have the option to enjoy historic attractions, spacious beaches, scenic parks, museums, local shopping and family-friendly festivals.
