Mainsail Vacation Rentals launched on Anna Maria Island
US: Tampa-based Mainsail Lodging & Development Group has launched a vacation rental home business on Anna Maria Island.
The business will take up the name, Mainsail Vacation Rentals, and the group announced it will create a portfolio of properties ranging from condominiums to single family homes in a press release.
Guests will have access to 24/7 support and the option of an in-person check-in experience, while the group will handle the listing, bookings, guest support, housekeeping and maintenance for homeowners.
Mainsail operates and manages local hotel properties in the Tampa area such as the Epicurean Hotel and the historic Fenway Hotel in Dunedin.
The group also has two existing properties on Anna Maria Island — Waterline Marina Resort & Beach Club and the Mainsail Beach Inn boutique beachfront hotel.
President Joe Collier said: “This seemed like the perfect opportunity to leverage our expertise, personnel and resources to deliver a vacation rental experience that is unique to the market.”
Meanwhile, the company has appointed Shauna Ruby as general manager and Quinn Sabatini as operations manager for the business.
