UK: Holiday resort operator Landal has announced that Jeremy Hipkiss has succeeded former Landal UK managing director Paul Hardingham.
Hipkiss has taken on the role at Landal following 15 years of experience at home construction company Barratt Developments. Landal said that he has joined at a time where the company is prioritising its UK market growth.
Hipkiss said that the UK is an important growth market for the sector. The Netherlands-based business claims to have seen its UK park count rise from two to 25 since 2017.
“The market is ready for a new brand leader and we have everything we need to attract strategic partners looking to benefit from our unique end-to-end support, including private landowners and entrepreneurs, as well as new market entrants looking to build new resorts,” said Hipkiss.
