Management platform Airsorted buys Dubai rental firm

Dubai: Short-term rental management platform Airsorted Limited has announced it has acquired Sama Sama Holiday Home Rentals LLC in Dubai.

Airsorted, which has its headquarters in London, was established in 2015 by founder and CEO, James Jenkins-Yates. Since then, it has become the worldโ€™s largest short-term rental management platforms, operating in 29 cities across 14 countries.

How many rental properties does the Airsorted platform manage?

The purchase of Sama Sama Holiday Home Rentals will supplement Airsortedโ€™s portfolio of managed properties including apartments and villas, which currently total over 4,000 globally.

Sama Samaโ€™s founder, Catherine Ridley, said: โ€œI am thrilled to have completed the sale of Sama Sama to Airsorted. Iโ€™m confident that our clients will benefit from the extraordinary service and enhanced technology their business provides, and that our unique experience and knowledge of Dubai will be put to good use by Airsorted.โ€

In addition, Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner acted as the legal advisor to Airsorted.
