Minut integrates with Streamline for smarter management
Sweden / US: Property monitoring company Minut has announced its latest integration with all-in-one vacation rental software Streamline to speed up its growth.
As a result, hosts and property owners will be able to send automated messages to their guests to help them check in and out of a property easily and to ensure that they keep a property party-free and smoke-free, thanks to Minut’s new cigarette detection feature.
Using Minut, hosts and property owners will be able to instantly reach out to their guests through Streamline to help them check in and out of a property or to remind them of the property rules when need be.
After both apps have been connected, Minut will begin gathering data from Streamline so it can reach out to the guests on a host’s behalf and save time for all concerned. As soon as Minut detects excessive noise, occupancy or cigarette smoke in a short-term rental property, it will alert the host or owner / guests so the issue is resolved as quickly as possible.
As well as noise and cigarette detection and occupancy monitoring, the integration between Minut and Streamline allows for faster communication between the host and guest, optimising overall operational efficiency in the process.
The integration setup works as follows:
- Go to the Integrations tab in the Minut web app
- Select Streamline under ‘Property management systems’
- Click on ‘Connect’
