Spain: Property monitoring company Minut has announced its latest integration with property management software Avantio.
The integration will ensure that Minut customers can access all of their preferred property management tools in one place, manage reservations and check-ins efficiently, and automatically communicate with their guests so they can save time and focus on growing their business.
Minut claims to be the “first all-in-one solution that monitors excessive noise, occupancy, temperature, humidity and cigarette smoke” in a short-term rental property.
With the company’s Guest Connect functionality, Minut can also message guests on a property owner’s behalf when unusual activity is detected – or to help them check in easily. Guests will either receive an Autocall, a text message, or will be alerted by the sensor’s flash and sound feature, and the user can pick out the feature that works best for them by changing the noise profile settings.
Powered by “cutting-edge” technology, Minut’s integration with Avantio is designed to enable both owners and managers to reach out to their guests with more ease than ever, without the need to constantly switch platforms.
By linking Minut and Avantio accounts, Minut will automatically gather data about properties and guests in order to reach out to the guests automatically, saving time and minimising potential errors in the process.
By connecting Avantio and Minut accounts, an owner or manager will add a layer of connectivity to their property management system [PMS], which in turn helps to put an end to all noise and excessive occupancy events.
By using both Avantio and Minut, an owner or manager can also double down on home security while optimising operations for their vacation rental business.
