Nestor Stay partners with Urban Vida in Spain
Spain: Alternative accommodation hospitality business Nestor Stay has partnered with global serviced apartment provider Urban Vida.
Nestor is managing four serviced apartment buildings in Granada and Madrid, with plans for more multi-family buildings in major cities across Spain in the near future.
Both companies focus on unique, technologically-focused buildings in central locations. Urban Vida claims to have excellent market knowledge, a network of interior designers and local suppliers, as well as connections to REITs and property funds in Spain and Europe.
Nestor will be leading from a building management perspective, with the aim to provide exceptional guest experiences. Urban Vida, alongside its main client, Persepolis, will be focused on growth, sourcing and leasing buildings across Spain and Europe, renovating them and inputting the Nestor model.
Co-founder and director of Nestor, Fran Milsom, said: “Urban Vida’s buildings fit perfectly with Nestor’s concept, so it’s an ideal partnership. Each apartment is centrally located and beautifully decorated to compliment the original features of the buildings.
“The focus on technology and the creation of amazing experiences offers guests flexible and unique stays, which is what we at Nestor are all about,” he added.
Nestor was Urban Vida’s launch partner for two serviced apartment buildings in Granada in September 2019, and has recently taken over management of two serviced apartment buildings in Madrid. The success of the partnership is already evident in the review scores, with both Granada buildings being rated above nine on Booking.com.
Founder of Urban Vida and director of Persepolis, Mitra Ghamsari, said: “Having tested the partnership with Nestor over the past six months, it feels like we’ve found the right company to collaborate with for the ambitious future expansion plans.”
Together, they have set the target of 500 apartments in Spain by 2022 as they bring their model to a new market. Meanwhile, Nestor is looking to expand into new cities across Europe in the future.
