NextPax earns Elite Partner designation from Vrbo/HomeAway

Worldwide: Leading channel management software provider NextPax has been named a Vrbo Elite Partner.

The designation is reserved for the highest performing software providers currently working alongside the company’s various partners.

Vrbo evaluates its partners based on a variety of factors, including integration levels, technical reliability, and traveller demand for its services.

Mike Ortegon, global director of channel operations at Vrbo said: “Our Elite Software Partners are leaders in the vacation rental software industry, demonstrated by their foresight, dependability, and clear understanding of customer needs. Property managers who work with Elite Partners have shown great success on Vrbo sites, thanks to their seamless integration and access to world-class tools.”

NextPax has distinguished itself from the rest of its competition through a variety of different functions. This includes:

  • Implementation of sub-room information, allowing owners to determine availability on a per-bed basis for a client’s holiday home
  • Integration of additional payment providers, ensuring safety, which increases conversions, decreases cancellations and provides transparent pricing in customer journey, and
  • Successful completion of the latest pricing API on HomeAway to ensure consistency in price.

Erik Engle, NextPax CEO: “We’re proud of our reputation for working collaboratively and cohesively with all of our partners. We use a triangle approach focused on continuously expanding our product capabilities to deliver more value to property managers and channel partners.

“From fine-tuning existing technology to providing AI support, we are thrilled with what we’ve been able to accomplish during our 6 year-long relationship with Vrbo.”

The group’s achievement will allow them access to newer tools from Vrbo and features from integrated partners. With AI already driving the platform, NextPax hopes to use this new level of integration to help its other partners, like Cottages and Novasol to reduce their workload with automation.

This is continuing a strong year for NextPax, as the group announced integration with VTrips in January, as well as hiring PR Agency PuzzlePartner in November.
