City Relay unveils City Relay Solutions rebranding
UK: London-based property management company City Relay unveiled its latest brand, City Relay Solutions, at the Short Stay Show at ExCeL London.
The company has been operating for the last five years as it seeks to “deliver operational excellence to hospitality clients in London”.
The 80-strong team of employees at City Relay Solutions works to meet the needs of short let operators, serviced apartment owners, and extended stay providers and their guests. The team includes account managers, drivers, guest services representatives, housekeepers, maintenance staff and night managers providing around the clock support from their head office in White City.
At the helm are Erskine Berry, commercial director, and Jack de Montaignac, chief operating officer. Under their leadership, the team currently supports 15 clients and over 800 properties dispersed across 54 London postcodes.
The company claims to be delivering “consistent and cost-effective results for clients with over 20,000 five-star reviews received from guests, average savings of £25 per night and 140 minutes per booking”.
As well as providing hospitality partners with the highest level possible of operational support, City Relay Solutions is on a mission to become fully carbon-neutral.
The business has implemented sustainability initiatives across its end-to-end operations. These include reducing single-use plastics, replacing petrol-driven vans with electric-powered vehicles, providing guests with eco-friendly amenities, recycling more and using organic cleaning and laundry products.
City Relay Solutions partners with One Water, Eden Project, Eco-Boutique, Who Gives A Crap, Joe’s Tea Co, Ecover and First Mile, among others.
