Canada: Operto has launched Operto ONE, a coordinated AI platform designed to support distribution, guest service and day-to-day operations for independent hotels.
The company said Operto ONE brings together multiple specialised AI agents across front of house, back of house and distribution, allowing properties to automate routine tasks while keeping human oversight for operational decisions.
Operto added that the platform includes tools to monitor visibility in generative AI environments, identify revenue leakage to intermediaries and support direct bookings through real-time guest engagement on property websites.
Guest enquiries are handled through a central system, with requests automatically converted into operational tasks for teams such as housekeeping and maintenance, and tracked through a shared workflow.
Tim Major, chief executive of Operto, said the platform is intended to help independent operators manage distribution, guest communication and property operations more efficiently.
