The latest Pitch to Paul panel has been unveiled

Join Swapdesk, noshable + Loopa for ‘Pitch to Paul’ webinar

Worldwide: Three more short-term rental startups will step into the virtual Dragon’s Den / Shark Tank for the fourth ‘Pitch to Paul’ webinar to date on Tuesday 10 October [4pm BST].

In a session sponsored by Minut and PriceLabs, the three innovative short-term rental startups will pitch for potential investment and hear live feedback from an expert panel of leaders and investors that could potentially lead to funding opportunities.

Below we take a look at the three startups pitching for potential investment:

Launched in 2022, Canada-based Swapdesk is a home exchange platform for professionals that aims to make it easy and safe for digital workers to swap homes.

The home exchange community for remote workers enables members to match with verified professionals that want to travel at the same time. These members have the option to stay for credits or swap homes directly in locations all over the world that are hosted by employees from companies such as Salesforce, Spotify, Pinterest and Slack.

noshable describes itself as a new and innovative grocery delivery service for short-term rental owners that allows for their clients to have a stocked fridge ready to go when they arrive.

Theย service enables the owner of a rental property to provide their guests with the ability to pre-order items from supermarkets such as Walmart or Kroger, rather than relying on Uber Eats or other delivery services. If guests get in late and all the grocery stores are closed, they will already have groceries waiting for them and they can avoid the big crowds when the stores reopen.

Loopa has been set up to connect property managers and large professional cleaning companies as a “middle man” that takes care of cleaning, amenities and different services in one place.

The company’s co-founders believe that the current status quo of in-house or small external providers has created a disconnect that does not allow a property manager to scale and focus on guests, instead making them pressurised and stressed by field operations.
