US: PriceLabs has announced three new ways to use PriceLabs: a mobile app, via AI tools such as Claude via MCP, and through an upgraded Customer API.
The mobile app enables users to see prices, access property performance and changes to prices from their mobile devices. It is available worldwide on iOS and Android in seven languages.
PriceLabs has also launched its MCP AI Connector to enable users to connect their accounts to AI tools like Claude. The feature lets operators ask questions and make pricing changes using natural language, helping them access data and manage revenue more efficiently.
The company has also improved its Customer API, which includes over 10 new write and read endpoints. With the update, property management companies are able to create their own dashboards, automate pricing tasks and integrate PriceLabs data into their internal systems.
Richie Khandelwal, co-founder of PriceLabs, said: “By expanding PriceLabs’ capabilities into the places users are really working, we’re continuing to serve that vision.”
The new tools are now available to PriceLabs customers worldwide. The company states that the changes are meant to help make revenue management more accessible, while enabling operators to flexibly manage pricing on multiple platforms.
