RentalReady unveils fresh brand identity

France: Property management software company RentalReady has unveiled a new brand identity alongside the launch of a number of advanced features.

The logo is described as being “both playful, evoking puzzle pieces symbolising brain teasers, and structural”, representing the footprints of buildings or components of a complete offer. The new look is a leap forward in the company’s aim to revolutionise the hospitality industry.

RentalReady CTO François Lavie said: “Reaching a higher echelon, we needed an image that reflects RentalReady’s current status. The number of true enterprise-level solutions for vacation rental management can be counted on one hand. The new brand announces our arrival among them.”

The property management system [PMS] has just earned membership in Airbnb’s select group of providers that have met the platform’s most rigorous standards – the Airbnb Preferred Partner program. The affiliation grants RentalReady users access to official APIs for calendars, messaging and quality, enabling real-time synchronisation and swift issue resolution, providing an unparalleled experience for short-term rental property managers.

Two new online travel agencies [OTAs] have been added to RentalReady’s own channel manager, one of them in exclusivity.

The reservation site from its parent company is only available on the RentalReady PMS. Through it, hosts have access to distribution through Google Travel.

Though connected recently, the channels have already reached double-digit market share for some clients. The in-house channel manager is but one of a dozen native products included in its hospitality suite.

The elevated status at top channels comes hot on the heels of several AI-driven updates: the introduction of bespoke, on-demand guest itineraries; “improve with AI” button in the guest communications window; identifying the writer’s mood and suggesting answers within the platform’s unified mailbox; and smart replies to guest reviews.

RentalReady’s new website has now gone live and taken over the .com domain [shifting from .io], as well as including a blog and other content to advise professionals. The brand and .com launches coincide with simultaneous announcements on new integration partners, new hires and recruitment to better serve its customers.
