US: RMS, the hospitality management platform serving hotels, serviced apartments, vacation rentals, and outdoor accommodations, has announced a new integration with cloud-based point-of-sale provider Epos Now, enabling hospitality operators to sync guest billing with front-of-house transactions in real time.
RMS has partnered with Epos Now to connect POS activity with its property management system giving hotels, motels, serviced apartments and campgrounds a single view of guest spend across accommodation, food and beverage, and on-site outlets.
The integration automates reconciliation and reduces manual data entry, helping operators minimise errors, speed up check-outs and improve visibility over performance. RMS said the connection also supports better coordination between teams and creates new opportunities for on-property upselling.
Adam Seskis, CEO at RMS, said: “Every guest interaction is an opportunity to drive value, but disconnected systems can often get in the way. Our integration with Epos Now brings clarity and efficiency to how teams operate, enabling faster billing, more accurate reporting and a better guest journey.”
Richard Nolan, COO at Epos Now, added: “This integration provides hospitality operators with real-time insights to key performance data. The goal is to help businesses make informed decisions, improve efficiency and maintain consistent guest service.”
RMS said the partnership is part of its wider strategy to build a connected ecosystem spanning property management, access, payments and communications.
