Netherlands: Roompot, Europe’s second-largest holiday park provider, is adding at least 14 parks in Spain and France to its portfolio for 2021.
The additions bring the company’s number of new parks added this year to 51, bringing it to a total of 182.
Roompot has reached an agreement with British Lifestyle Holidays, which has more than 700 chalets and lodges in 14 holiday parks in France and Spain – eight on Spain’s Costa Brava and Costa Dorada, and 14 in France.
The Costa Brava is the most visited area of Spain and is very popular among Roompot’s mainly Dutch, German and Belgian guests. The eight Spanish parks are all located on a private beach, or within walking distance of one.
In France, Roompot is adding five parks to its range on the Côte d’Azur, in Languedoc-Roussillon, in L’Aquitaine and in Brittany.
