UK: Last-minute staycation app Staze, which helps property managers to increase their occupancy and profit, has released a 22-page brochure giving clarity to property managers on exactly how to maximise profit.
The guide features influential voices from across the industry and case studies of a number of well-known short-term rental businesses, predominantly from the UK.
The likes of KeyNest, Rental Scale-Up, UnderTheDoormat, Hospiria, Transparent, Host & Stay, Klevio, SUPERHOG, GuestReady, Airlinen, Quality Cottages, and Luxury Coastal.

The Staze founding team features three Newton Europe alumni, a management consultancy business focused on operational improvement, who have put their consulting knowledge to practice in the guide. This includes GuestReady co-founder and COO, Patrick Degen, and Daniel Dubois, who led Airbnb’s growth in key markets in North America.
Founded in 2019, Staze is a UK-based last-minute booking app that displays availability in the best rental properties over the next two weeks. It aims to help property managers to maximise their occupancy and profit by reaching a new audience and filling gaps in calendars.
Property managers who want to list on Staze can do so via online booking system SuperControl and will soon be able to do so through channel manager Rentals United.
