KeyNest’s co-founders on unlocking the firm’s exchange potential with Airbnb

Europe: Marc Figueras and Florian Hoven, the co-founders of smart key exchange service KeyNest, discuss the success of their partnership with Airbnb through the Host Assist programme, as well as the factors that differentiate the firm from other key exchange service providers in the rental space.

Figueras and Hoven, two Airbnb hosts who were constantly having to change their plans to meet guests who were arriving late, founded KeyNest in 2016 as an easy and secure way to share keys remotely.

Since then, KeyNest has become an official partner of Airbnb, and is an essential service for tens of thousands of property managers and hosts who want to provide round the clock property access to guests, cleaners and staff.
