Worldwide: The 20 shortlists for the 2025 Shortyz Awards will be officially unveiled on Tuesday 11 March at 2pm GMT.
The shortlists will be announced in a video to go live at shorttermrentalz.com and on our social media channels, including LinkedIn, YouTube and X [formerly Twitter]. Each shortlist will include between two and eight individuals or companies, depending on the number of entries that were received in each category.
Once the shortlists have been revealed, a voting period will begin on Wednesday 12 March via our dedicated awards platform and last until Sunday 16 March across 19 of the categories. The winners will be decided by a 50:50 split between the judge scores and the public vote, apart from the inaugural Guest Experience Award [decided solely by judge scores], and they will all be announced at the in-person awards ceremony on Tuesday 1 April in London.
Once again, hundreds of entries were received from around the world, showcasing the vibrant innovation and creativity on display across the global short-term rental industry.
